Robert M. Downey is a patent attorney registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, and his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. Mr. Downey is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, the United Inventors Association and has served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Naval Reserve. Mr. Downey is experienced in all phases of patent and trademark practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and in the prosecution of foreign patent and trademark applications.
